Fun with Foraging

This Zoom training will focus on the most common edible plants and mushrooms found in our area. We will look at their key identifiers, the timing of their harvest, and possible uses for these edible plants and mushrooms.

Zoe Bergman is the Area Forester of Fauquier County. She has a a M.S. Degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia. She has studied plants and forest ecology for the last 6 years developing a passion for foraging!
