Do you love using ginger in the kitchen? It’s delicious in stir fries, curries, tea, baking, and more.

Come learn how to grow this delicious rhizome in your own garden. You’ll learn how to:

·         prepare your garden bed

·         successfully sprout and transplant

·         maximize growth

·         harvest and store ginger

Attendees will receive several pieces of organic ginger seed rhizome to start at home, plus favorite recipes.
