Experience the historical schoolhouse and create a historical holiday English Cracker. (A Cracker is a type of party favor used primarily in the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth countries to celebrate Christmas and other special occasions and festive events. They consist of a wrapped and decorated cardboard cylinder and very much resemble a large candy twist). The class will be incorporating the three R’s: reduce, reuse and recycle. This class will be taught by Liz Renaud in partnership with Fauquier County Department of Environmental Services. This event is for youth ages 8 and above.

This event will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.

Parking is limited at #18 Schoolhouse. Additional parking is available at the Northern Fauquier Community Park or along Whiting Road.  Please do not park along Highway 55.

This event is free, but registration is required. Space is limited.
